DIGEARTH Games is a game studio founded in 2020 during the pandemic. Our goal is to present a portfolio of games and game services that will bring people closer together. Whether you are sitting down with your friends and family or connecting online, we encourage a genuine connection while playing our games. In the right company, even the worst of times do not seem so bad.
My name is Hugo, I am from Sweden and in my mid 20's. I moved around a lot throughout my life but I am currently settled in the Netherlands. Like a lot of people, I grew up fond of games and competition. Other than school, my activities were sports and games. The team sports I played developed my social skills while the games I played alone in my room fueled my creativity. However, I am never going to become a professional footballer or participate in esports so I did not see myself finding a career in those fields. After dropping out of an electrical engineering and physics course at the University of Glasgow, I was forced to reconsider what I wanted to do. I found an online course in game design. While I struggled with the art and programming part of the course, the design aspect felt very rewarding and stirred up Escape. Since then, I have been working on different projects and honing my skills. Eventually, leading to DIGEARTH Games.
